What is in the corpus today
No model guesses a date
Every published date is arithmetic over a rule with a version number, applied to a date read out of the public record. The same corpus recomputes to the same dates forever, which is the property that makes it usable in front of a regulator. There is no language model anywhere in the pipeline, and there is nothing here that cannot be re-derived from documents you can fetch yourself.
One record, with the name taken out
This is a real obligation from the live corpus. The operator, the file number and the document titles are redacted; nothing else is. It is the whole drill-down a subscriber sees, on every record.
What a subscription gets you
Included
- Every obligation in the corpus, with the rule version, the regulation it cites, the filing it applied to and the SHA-256 of the source document — on screen, on every record.
- Both dates whenever they disagree. Where an Order states a deadline the rule does not produce, the gap is published as a finding with the clause that states it.
- The coverage report: what could not be read, what a person decided about it, and which checks would catch us publishing a number that stopped being true.
- A daily email of what changed since yesterday — including on the days nothing did, which is most weeks and is the proof the watch is still running.
- Every rebuild, at no extra charge. The pipeline runs each morning; new coverage arrives on your subscription.
Deliberately not included
- No bulk downloads and no exports. No CSV, no data dump, no file to take away.
- No API and no access tokens. Access is through the application, and the application is the product.
- One login per subscription. It is for a single named person.
- No legal advice. This is a research tool that shows you its working and names its sources. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the primary document, which is linked.

- The price you join at is the price you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed. $99 is the introductory rate and it will rise as coverage does. It never rises underneath an existing subscriber.

- Access is through the application. Every record, every drill-down and every source hash is on screen. There are no bulk downloads, no exports and no API — this is a place to look something up and show your working, not a data feed.
Subscriptions open when the current extraction work lands: optical character recognition for the Orders with no text layer, and ITU frequency data for the coordination graph. Both are named on this page because they are the two places the corpus is still thin, and neither is a good thing to discover after paying.
